At home kit for back pain.
Acu-Cones provide acupressure therapy to the back to relax tight muscles and reduce pain. This kit contains a positioning belt, two small cones for the middle or upper back (dorsal area) and two large cones for the low back (lumbar area).

• Stretch and relax sore muscles and nerves
Choose the cone size appropriate for your problem area. Attach the cones to the belt, then, in a sitting position, line up the belt with your spine, so that the cone tips are pointing into the back on each side of the spine. Similar to someone applying deep pressure with their thumbs, lean backward into the cones to feel the acupressure at work. Use Acu-Cones for 3-5 mintues up to 3 times per day.
