STANDARD SHIPPING:

Domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground from our manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin.

Sorry - No orders shipping to a freight forwarder will not be accepted. No International shipments accepted.
Orders will be processed immediately. Your credit card will be billed by Pain Point Pillow Source.

Pain Point Pillow Source is an authorized dealer for all products we sell! Full manufacturer's warranties apply.

Returned Goods Policy:
Most products are backed with a 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee.

All returns are handled as follows;
1. A Returned Goods Authorization number (RA) assigned by Pain Point Pillow Source customer
service department is required on all returns.

2. Freight charges for returned goods are the sole responsibility of the returning party with the exception of defective products. If a product is defective, Pain Point Pillow Source will pay for return shipping.

3. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to returns for defects.

4. Credits will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, less any restocking fees. Original purchase price must be provided by the returning party.

5. Private label items may only be returned due to defects in material or workmanship.

6. No returns will be accepted on items that have been discontinued for over one year.

7. No returns will be accepted on special order items.

8. No returns will be accepted at two years old or longer.
