1. How do I know if my order has shipped?

When your order ships, your tracking information will be available on our website. If the tracking information is not available, you can contact us.


2. I didn't get an email and it's been more than 3 business days since I placed my order, what happened?

There are several reasons why this might have happened:

 A) You may not have actually finished placing the order in the first place. If you didn't get an email confirming the order and you didn't get an order number after checkout you may not have actually placed the order. Double check your email for an order confirmation.

 B) Your order was received and we sent out an email, but the email address you provided with your order was either invalid or blocked.

 C) Your order may have been delayed due to a holiday. If you have placed an order within the last 3 days, and haven't recieved an email telling you that your order was received, contact us.

3. I've got my tracking information, how do I check the location of my package?

You can always check the status of your package with us or contacting the freight carrier of your particular order.
